：链接目标无法传播到模型

问题
预期行为： 当将现有链接 target = “_blank” 更改为目标 =“”时，该更改会传播到 html。
实际行为： 当将现有链接 target = “_blank” 改为 target =“”时，该更改不会传播到 html。
繁殖步骤：
- 保存带有目标“新窗口”（“_blank”）链接的页面。
- 关闭并重新打开编辑器。
- 将链接目标更改为“此窗口”（空字符串）。观察变化，没有传播。
可通过网页演示v.0.15.8重现
